An opportunity has become avaliable in our transport division. We are seeking a self-motivated and hard working individual to join our team. The role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with occassional overtime.
About the Role:
The role will consist of delivery driving in one of our three modern trucks trucks and delivering building materials across the region. Unloading using our HMF Crane, Manitou forklift, tilt tray or by hand. Allocation of vehicle will be dependent on skill and previous experience.
Our vehicles:
UD Quon Prime Mover w/ HMF remote crane.
Isuzu Heavy Rigid w/ truck mounted forklift
Isuzu Medium Rigid w/ Tilt Tray
Essential Requirements:
Minimum HR truck licence.
Good customer service.
Able to follow direction
Punctual
Physically fit as this job requires lifting and moving items.
Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
Demonstrate a high level of detail and accuracy consistantly.
Sound mechanical knowledge.
Desirable Requirements (But not essential):
Previous experience in the construction industry.
Hiab truck crane experience.
CV Crane licence of equivalent.
Forklift Licence (or williness to obtain one)
HR truck licence. (HC preferable)
